The Acrobat/Reader 6.0 problem of cross-file links/bookmarks opening the default opening page of the target PDF (typically page 1) instead of the specified page/destination is fixed in the newly-released 6.0.1 versions. The update for Acrobat 6.0 and and installer for Reader 6.0.1 are available for download from www.adobe.com
