To All:

I am having a problem with a PDF file within Adobe Acrobat 6.0 that was
created from a Pagemaker file. The text in the PDF file randomly jumbles as
you scroll through the document. The kicker is, it will print out jumbled
exactly as on screen. If you scroll around and back to that same page, it
"magically" appears normally (un-jumbled) and will print out normal as well.

Is there a fix to this now that the document is full of links, bookmarked,
etc.? It almost appears that the problem could be with fonts. It has made
the fonts Arial-BoldMT vice Arial-Bold, ArialMT vice Arial,
TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT vice TimesNewRoman for an example. If it is a font
thing, can I globally replace the problem ones ("MT's" and "PS's")?

This bug is fixed in Acrobat 6.0.1.

To get the 6.0.1 update, go to <http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html>, go to Acrobat, choose your platform, and scroll down to "Version 6.0.1".
