Are you asking a question or proffering an answer to my question?

I am looking for the method of making a .pdf file editable from within Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I have a job application that has that property. I downloaded it from the Internet and can

attach it to an email and send it to you. Use Acrobat Reader to open it and you will see that

is editable.
