Hi Bruce,   I am working on an application we have  a requirement ot extract the text out of pdf file, based on the x,y and Widht and Height co-ordinates. I am looking for the method of making a pdf file editable from within Adobe Acrobat Reader.   I have a job application that has that property.  I downloaded it from the Internet and can attach it to an email and send it to you.  Use Acrobat Reader to open it and you will see that is editable.   Bruce Cannon Phoenix, AZ.
