All - I have some product service bulletins that apply to a range of serial numbers. The technicians need a search field where a they can enter the serial number of the unit they are working on to see if the bulletin applies to that unit. The problem is that the serial numbers contain both numbers and letters. Any suggestions on how I can handle this?
