When you find out let us know. I'd be interested to find out as well because I find myself having to edit images in pdfs all the time. Book editors...'nuff said. I thought about the whole layer thing, but, as you know, when you go to the layer tab/menu there's nothing there. I got so used to it that I never gave it another thought.
