Brian, I am not familiar with the differences between Standard and Pro, but this website might have some helpful information for you about any version bugs: http://www.microtype.com/ Once you're in the site, you'll need to click "Resources" on the left side of the window. Then you should see a link to "Acrobat/Reader 6 Issues" near the top of the screen. Hope this helps, Jennifer __________________________________________________________________ All - Looking for a little insight from the group. I am at the point where I really need to step up from Acrobat 5.0 to Acrobat 6.0. I am trying to figure out if I need Standard or Pro. Generally speaking, I write technical manuals and training programs, where the final product is a PDF to be printed. Sometimes, my clients like to have them available to their customers via the web as well. I do most of my development using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (driven by customer requirements, personally I would prefer to use something more stable than Word, like FrameMaker). I also generate some PDFs from Visio Technical. On occasion, I create some simple forms. I don't do any programming. Also, I would like to see if anyone out there has had any problems when just doing an upgrade, rather than buying the full version. I realize that Adobe isn't Microsoft, but I know I have had some problems in the past when upgrading from one version of a Microsoft product to the new version. I wish I had just bought the full version. Thanks, Brian To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdf.html
