i am not able to get the result when i run the

java org.apache.pdfbox.Encrypt [OPTIONS] <password> <inputfile>

i have like this:

java org.apache.pdfbox.Encrypt  -O 1234 C:\invoice.pdf

i am getting invalidkey length

How to run this?
