There is a new license for Adobe Reader 6, and it doesn't explicitly prohibit ANYTHING...
INSTEAD, you must disclose to Adobe EXACTLY what your plugin is going to be doing and they will the make a determination based on that description.
Also, that key is good ONLY for that SINGLE plugin and ONLY for the life of Acrobat 6.x.
