Thanks Leonard for all of your help!!! That's what I was afraid of. Since we have over 1000 users across the U.S., I don't think that using PDFs is going to be a good alternative for us. Thanks again for getting to the bottom of the issue and letting me know the truth about my expectations and Adobe Reader.
