Hi,

FYI for all the developers on this list. We at Novartis won't  use free software, not because of any quality issues, but rather that we are willing to pay to have someone responsible for the software if there is a problem.

It's alot more costly for us to search around for a fix, or do it ourselves. It's counter-intuitive, but that's the reality.
