I am using the standard and current drivers for the Epson Photo printer(785 epx) and HP 882. The machines that have Acrobat 4 and print fine and those that have Acrobat 5/Reader 5 which print the whitespace are all using the same printer drivers under the same OS (Win 2k). I don't believe Postscript is involved for the printer output. -J -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Mark Storer Sent: Wednesday, February 04, 2004 3:50 PM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [PDFdev] Printing a PDF with a color key image mask PDFdev is a service provided by PDFzone.com | http://www.pdfzone.com _____________________________________________________________ If I had to guess, I'd say it was a printer or printer driver issue. Are you printing with a PS driver or a PCL driver or what? I generally recommend PS drivers whenever possible, though some third party implementations left me underwhelmed the last time I looked around... several years ago. I understand that most non-Adobe PS emulators are quite good these days (based on another post to this list). --Mark Storer Software Engineer Cardiff Software #include <disclaimer> typdef std::disclaimer<Cardiff> Discard; To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdfdev.html To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdfdev.html
