I think he meant adding pdfedit project into category "Projects with 
german translation" on sourceforge.

On sourceforge.net/projects/pdfedit there is "Project details" and there 
is line "Translations : Czech, English, German, Russian, Spanish"

German was missing there, but I've just fixed that
