You can use main toolbar buttons for deleting page and moving them in
document (by position one). 
When you want to insert pages from other document, you can use Tools
menu item and Insert pages from other document and use the dialog
for document and pages to insert selection.

Note that all this functionality is available by scripting language. If
you want to find out which functions need to be called for certain
operation you can see them written in the command line part during
clicking on the buttons...
