You'll see what we mean if you examine the pdf document in the pdfedit
gui first. You will often find that one line of text will contain two
or more text objects. As your translations would take up more or less
space in the document, you would end up with overtyped text, or ugly
gaps. (Yes, its a mess, blame adobe.)
Not to mention that the line justification would be messed up as well.

You will have to keep requesting that your clients send you the
original Word, Publisher or OpenOffice (we wish) document. Or extract
the graphics from the PDF and try to re-create that document - for an
extra fee, or course.
