Technically it won't be easy, as the original text had some formatting
(which could be quite complex when LaTeX or some similar typesetting
software is used) and if we replace the text with another one, we'll have
to reformat it. Currently we have feature that replaces text - you select
text, and in the editbox that appears you type new text and it replaces the
original text, but any formatting is lost (you get one line of text) and of
course, if the new text is longer it can overflow over something to the
right of the text or it can go even out of the page ...
So with current pdfedit you can do it line-by-line.
I think the best we can do is to add support for some very elementary
formatting (break the text at word boundary once it crosses defined border)
