I'm trying to automate generation of bookmarks for each page of pdf
documents. I have around 3000 pages of pdfs and a list of bookmark names for
each page. Is there a way to script this? Basically I want to produce a pdf
document that will have a table of contents with links to each page.
If this is not possible, can I script adding a text box with the text read
from a file for each page? Any tips on achieving this ?
