Members may kindly help in installing pdfedit in windows vists biz (32 bit)
OS.
I have downloaded the cygwin package from the official website.
I have also downloaded pdfedit.
Unable to proceed further due to lack of further instructions.
Will be grateful for step by step installation procedure
