This is another clean up iteration from the latest PDL official releases.
Most of these issues are related to how modules are indexed for CPAN
and only are visible with an official release.

Release Notes for PDL 2.012 -----------------------------

General Notes:
* This is PDL-2.012 it is essentially PDL-2.011 with some
fixes for some minor issues that only came to light
with a new official release.
* See PDL 2.011 notes below.
Highlights:
* Add package statements so PDL::Lite and PDL::LiteF are
indexed correctly
* Give PDL::NiceSlice a non-developer release for indexing
* Fix build regression that broke ActiveState perl
builds for many perl versions and OS platforms.
