Hi Karl: One approach which seems doable currently is to write new code in perl6, but package PDL dependent bits in perl5 and call them from perl6 with Inline::Perl5. I'm looking into working with this as a first step. It would be awfully nice to be able to access PDL directly from perl6, though.
