Hi Karl,

I just updated the website to point to the new SciPDL-2.019.  Thanks!  I like 
the solution of adding binaries to releases on GItHub.  Very clean.

pdl.perl.org <http://pdl.perl.org/> (and the associated git repository) remains 
hosted on SourceForge because as far as I can tell GitHub doesn't allow for 
setting up VHOSTS in the same way that SourceForge does.  So I think that would 
mean we would lose pdl.perl.org <http://pdl.perl.org/>.

http://pdl.perl.org/?page=develop <http://pdl.perl.org/?page=develop> has a new 
table that shows what development features are where.
