Looks like they *definitely* are sending out the same form letter for anyone
who complains to Support.
I fired off a note in response quoting terms from their on-line TOS about
how they are supposed to act immediately upon receiving any notice of rights
of infringmement by their users stealing other content.
Funnily enough, they also list out terms about how it is illegal to poach
data from the Lycos database...
What a crazy world we live in!
