 I have a Sunpak Auto 444D (otherwise known as a B3600DX). GN is 36
which might not be quite powerful enough for you, but you can get a zoom
head for 35mm to 135mm coverage which will bring up the GN at longer
distances. The zoom head has a built in reflector which is great for bounce
flash, and even has slots for filters. Any Sunpak DX flash will be LX-
compatible using the PT-2D shoe adaptor.

Looking at my Sunpak catalogue you could also try the Auto 555
(G4500DX) which has a GN of 45 metres. That's a "potato masher" though.
The 120J TTL is pretty powerful but it's a different type of flash again and
might not be as versatile to you as a "normal" flash. There doesn't appear to
be much available in Sunpak shoe-mount flashes with the kind of GN you're
looking for. Unfortunately that's the only brochure I have immediately
available :)

Cheers,

- Dave
