Right now I'm doing my photo processing with a prehistoric Pentium 133
and 32 megs ram. It's slow, but works. I'll upgrade when the funds are
there. 700 MHz and 128 megs will do you just fine. Not sure about the
monitor. Will you edit pixel by pixel? Then go for the best. Otherwise,
17 inch, .26 dot pitch monitors can be had for $200.
