Date backs make interesting notes for where and when an event took place. It
seems that once you start using them, they become almost indispensable. I use mine, on my ZX-5n in the insurance industry to document where and when and to justify my "time on site" billing information. Always an approach and a leaving the site shot to document the time spent. As for evidence rules, according to ruling here in Wisconsin and in other states, as long as you can testify to the material accuracy of the photograph, it can be submitted as evidence.
