I think it should be ISO3200, -3EV compensation. If you set ISO6400, - 3EV, it would be 4 stops above, not 3. If you set ISO6400, + 3EV, it would be 2 stops above.

Ok, set the camera up, set the 6400ISO and then turned the dial EV+3. It should be very sensitive no? I get low shutter speeds on Tv, but when I turn to EV-3, even in a darkened room the Tv sky-rockets. Is this right? I should still go EV+3 but use it at 'M'? No...then I couldn't meter correctly without a handheld, correct?
