The film advance on mine just went haywire (going off when it feels like it,
advancing a whole roll, or just spinning its wheels). I'm going to order the
ZX-L today as a replacement, because it has some features I want. I really
don't blame the ZX-5n. I've put it through almost 5 years of constant, hard
use, which it probably wasn't built for -- it held up like a real trooper
with no other problems except for this, so I guess I got a really good
sample. I plan to have it repaired and keep it as a backup, or give it to my
son, who wants a nice camera very badly. I love the thing so much, I just
can't see getting rid of it.
