For international purchases, BidPay seems to work well as everyone, for oneYup, that's what I tell a bidder from Canada that ask to bid on my auctions. Either use BidPay or don't bid...
reason or another, seems to deem that Western Union Money Orders are on the
"up and up".
I really HATE doing that but with all the fraud of late, including PayPal, it doesn't leave much choice.....
