The "repair/replacement of casings" included replacing the baseplate, of course, which had the common crack near the battery door. They might have replaced the RTF, or at least the top plastic cover of the RTF, as well. The camera, although a bit scuffed, was operational before the CLA, but I liked the fact that they brought it back to factory specs. Also, since I only paid $200 for the camera (including a 50/1.7 lens), I figured the cost of the CLA made the whole package a great deal.

If there were so much damages to the camera, of course it worthed the cost. But for the eyepiece, it's not difficult to replace it yourself. But it's annoying it's scratched so easily.
