While away in Scotland, I had a failure - my Manfrotto ballhead (486RC2) jammed up and became almost unusable. I bought in January from www.warehouseexpress.com based in Norwich, England. I contacted them and was told to return the part with a covering letter and a copy of the receipt, no returns number needed.
I sent it off last Thursday and today (Tuesday) a new replacement arrived.
