Currently, the Nikon 5400 and 5700 have flip-out LCDs. The Nikon SQ uses
a swivel lens, similar in principle to the 4500. Pentax's Optio 33L has a
flip-out LCD that's a little less versatile, and it lacks a finder of any
sort. Olympus's C5050 screen can flip up to work as a waist-level finder,
but that's it.

LCD's are battery hogs, as Bill pointed out, but it doesn't matter whether
they can flip out or not... they still suck juice. I'm not sure why
everyone seems to hate LCD's so much. Sure, they're not as good as a
computer monitor or a proof print for previewing your shots, but they're
meant to supplement those tools, not to replace them. And they're not
that inaccurate. The vast majority cover almost 100% of the final image
area, give or take a few percent. Looking through the optical finder is
no more accurate than looking through the finder of a p&s. At least with
the LCD you're seeing what the lens is seeing.
