Henrys has been getting a bad rep of late, They are
expanding quickly but not providing the service their
main store used to, I would make a point to let that
stor manager know that sales reps ( don't single
anyone out ) should not try and convince a customer
that one brand is better than another.

...when the customer has already had a preference.
