The PUG is considered a "publication", AFAIK. I recall haiving this discussion with Igor (our man at Komkon), and that was his interpretation also. I think that anything that is put on you own website could be interpreted as being in a personal portfolio, and hence not published, but it also depends on who is doing the interpretating......
