As the photographer in question, I'm thrilled that you liked the shot <vbg>. It rather makes my day, in fact.
Bar lighting is fun, but it's Dave Chang-Sang's mini-light table illuminating Dave Brooks that makes the shot, no? And, what do you mean about Chang-Sang's contribution? He makes the shot! <g>
I've lately been re-discovering my 19mm that I've had for about a year and 1/2. My Viv S1 24-48 zoom has been in the shop (it's all better now...), and I've pulled out the little-used 19mm for wide stuff. What a fun lens! I was out a couple of weekends ago, using it for street work. Different from anything else I've done, let me tell you. One's being blown up to 8x10, and I should get it tomorrow; if it turns out as I hope, I'll be posting it.
