The "fuzz" is clearly about using FAJ lenses with the MZ-S, wich doesn't
have an aperture control on the bodey, right?

This would give (me) a problem, 'cause I allways shoot flash in manual mode
(with TTL flash), because Pentax cameras, IMO have a annoying habit of using
too slow shutterspeeds in Programmed Autoflash mode (Of cource it's nice,
that backgrounds are well lit - that's obviously the reason for Pentax
program choise - but if people etc. are mooving around, the speed, which the
program offers, are often to slow, to freeze any motion).

So, I set the aperture ring to whatever I find suitable to get a fast enough
shutter speed. Working this way I'm in control of how well the background is
lit/how much motion is frozen. This gets nice results.

This can't be done with a MZ-S using a FAJ lens, now can it?.

Regards
Jens

I don't own a MZ-S but I can't see what all the fuss is about. Can't you
can change the speed/aperture to any desired value by simply turning the
thumbwheel?
