Literally! Whether 0230 or 1430. . .always cars, and more cars. . .
And, that may NOT mean you can drive the posted limit.
My wife and I started on a trip up North, a few months ago. . . about
0500-0515. 
Figured there'd be little less traffic then, until we got further out in
the boonies.
Hah!
Not a heck of a lot different from 0930, same route. . .
