I really like the subject matter here. However I find the background clutter distracting. Adjusting the brightness to produce more of a silhoutte shot of the operator might improve this IMHO. Ken Waller
-----Original Message----- From: Mark Erickson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: PAW: Bronze Pour The many art galleries in Sacramento coordinate their openings to be part of a monthly evening event called "Second Saturday." It's a great chance to see a lot of art in a short period of time. One of the galleries, the Art Foundry, sponsors a demonstration bronze pouring each month. I'm attracted to glowing liquid metal like a moth to a flame, and the last time I went I took a camera with a fast lens. Here is one of the better images that I got under fairly tough conditions: http://www.westerickson.net/mark/misc/artfoundrypour1.jpg This is the silicon carbide crucible full of liquid bronze coming out of the furnace. Comments and suggestions are most welcome. --Mark PeoplePC Online A better way to Internet http://www.peoplepc.com
