Hi ... I believe it means "Workshop of the Week." It's a setup where you post your pics and then others will adjust them in PS or other editing software. The idea is that there may be some specific area that a photog may have a problem with, such as contrast or color control, or s/he may just want to see some other interpretations of the work.
