You know, this discussion comes up EVERYWHERE, although typically when I see it, it's Linux vs. windows, and the argument is punctuated by such memorable quotations as: "LINUX PWNZ JOO WINDOZEEEE PHOOLS!!!".
But, what they fail to realize is that Linux is just as insecure as windows, and some releases are even more insecure. And that my friends is pretty bad.
