Tamron's "Di" lenses are full-frame. They're "Digitally Integrated" in
that they have improved lens coatings and designs intended to reduce
reflections off the sensor, but they're compatible with film and
digital.

As far as I know, Tamron doesn't make any "digital only" lenses.
