Welcome, Jason.  "Enablement" will haunt you.
One thing:  if list traffic seems excessive and
you want to unsubscribe because of it, do so at
the PDML home page.  Don't send an "unsubscribe"
message.  Lots of people pull off the list quickly
because of the traffic.  The crazy ones stick around,
though.
