It's a nice lens. You can make great photographs with it. But it's a little too soft for my taste, though. I got rid of mine recently in order to (re)purchase the SMC Pentax(K) 2.5/135mm (do not mistake it for the Takumar Bayonet version), which is really excellent IMO. Quite good, even wide open:
