Other than specialty cars, all US cars shipped to Japan are right hand
drive. However, there are huge trade barriers that make it very
difficult to market US made cars in Japan. In fact, that's true of most
European and Asian countries. Just in terms of regulations, it's far
easier for others to sell their goods in the US than it is for US
companies to sell abroad.
