Well, we Torontonians are still (rightly so) living down Mayor Mel's
decision to call in the army during that blizzard about 5 or 6 years
ago.  I mean, yeah, it was a blizzard, but hell, this is Canada,
right? (I mean, eh?)

Okay, I have to know:  What's a "pingo"?
