I would tend to agree. The "fuzziness" of those "hairs" has been lost - the smaller branches on those "hairs" are not being resolved. It is almost as if it's been "sharpened" by some photo software. > Maybe I can find a natural history museum with a robin specimen and can > confirm my suspicions...
