Not a "spokesperson" - a far, far superior information source (Thomas Knoll is the primary developer for ACR & DNG). One thing that tells me is that Photoshop CS is being dropped pretty fast - everyone who upgraded to CS from an earlier version of Photoshop in the belief that this gave them access to the future path for Adobe Camera Raw will be disappointed. (For those of you who didn't read the article: Photoshop CS won't be updated to read new raw file formats, including the Nikon D2X or the Canon 350D) Interestingly, though, Photoshop Elements 3.0 is able to accept the updated Adobe Camera Raw, so it will be able to handle those cameras (and other models, in the future).
