I'm to the point where I'd like to begin using dual
flash techniques for some of my photography, so some
questions naturally arise that I hope some of you can
answer here. Right now I have the AF 330FTZ and will
soon be adding more flashes to my system (500 or the
new 360 depending on many factors), neways I bought
the 330 used and it did not come with a manual so many
of my questions could prolly be easily answered if I
had the documentation :) (if anyone has a digital copy
of that manual that they could send me I'd be much
obliged). I cannot seem to find much regarding this in
my z1p manual either. I understand that when you link
two flashes together that it automatically sets a two
to one ratio on the output. That is as far as I know.
Can this be overridden, ie- to get the same output
from each flash? And also which flash is set to half
power? The first inline? or second?

Now I am assuming as far as the new 360 goes that this
will not be a problem since flash output compensation
is set on the flash rather than on the body. Is this a
valid assumption? Or have they retained the contrast
control function with the new body and flashes. And
another question, is the new flash comptaible with the
z1p? If so, which component will control flash
compensation? Flash or body? And if I link two 360's
to a z1p, will it still activate the contrast control
even if this function is not supported by the new
body? I have not found any other info on the web
regarding this, so any input is much appreciated.
Please forgive me if I am rehashing on old topic.
Thanks you in advance. :)
