once you have customized the camera's settings, it should be that way for a 
fully automatic camera too. there are a few more important controls over an 
fully manual camera: ISO, focus mode, focus point, exposure mode, and 
exposure compensation. shooting RAW, pretty much everything else can be 
handled later.

With a manual camera the "kestrokes" are there...
Current challenge with new digital cam is to get
the C1 and C2 settings
where I want them for maximum quick response time.
