Well, yes they did refuse and I don't think I have any legal possibities so I'm stuck with reapairs. Now I know I say that because it's my first experience in digital and I've been quite a bit deceived (by Pentax? by Digital? by memory cards? how to be sure?). I'm reassured to hear you didn't have a single problem with your D.
