I am offering this to list members first. It is a SMC Pentax Manual
Focus Manual Aperture 500mm f=4.5 telephoto. It is in immaculate shape both
optically and physically. Glass is perfect, 9 aperture blades work smooth as
silk. Physically it is a 10-, a tiny bit of wear, not a ding in sight. With
original metal Asahi Pentax felt-lined front lens cap, Pentax rear cap, and
with leather case, cosmetically about an 8 to 9. Pictures turn out sharp as
can be.

This lens was made from 1975 to 1998 according to Boz's site, and Pentax
Canada still has one new one which retails at about $4,000.00 Cdn. On my
PZ1-P and a 1.7 auto-focus teleconverter, I get about an f=6.8 autofocus
855mm lens, so those of you with this TC, it will be an excellent purchase.
I am selling it because I rarely use it, and I really need the FA* 80-200
f=2.8, which costs a lot of money. I will have jpegs up on a site later
today. Please email me with your realistic bids; serious offers only,
please.
